We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security and privacy.

Just complete and send the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and valid credit card and send it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm your reservation. It is our policy to reply all clients’ requests within 24 to 48 hours (this may be longer during the high season, weekends, festival periods or special events).

To make a booking, you must submit a reservation form and provide your credit card details. Then we will check availability with the hotel and revert. We guarantee that all information given to us will be treated in the strictest confidential and will never be passed on to a third party.

In case that your selected hotel is not available, you will be notified via an e-mail (within 24-48) hours after making your reservation and you will not be charged. We will do our best to recommend you an alternative hotels and resorts.

We will only charge you after having supplied you with a confirmed reservation

Even if we accept all bookings that are made on the check-in date, we can only guarantee bookings made at least 3-working days (not including Sundays & Public holidays) before the check-in date (if the hotel has not already been fully booked). The earlier you book, the better chance you have to get a confirmed reservation.
